Please read applications carefully about barrier crimes. If you have a question about an offense on your record please inquire to the Board of Nursing 1-804-367-4515. An offense will not prevent you from taking the class necessarily but you may need additional paperwork once you file to take your State Boards. (Nurse Aide, Med Aide only).
